Role OverviewWe seek a talented and motivated Architect to lead design development, produce detailed technical drawings, and oversee project execution. You’ll collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs align with functional needs, budgets, and regulatory standards while maintaining Shankh’s commitment to aesthetic excellence and structural integrity. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Development: Create conceptual sketches, 3D models, and mood boards for client presentations. Develop detailed architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) using CAD/BIM software. Integrate interior design elements with structural requirements for cohesive project delivery. Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and HVAC engineers for integrated solutions. Project Management: Oversee projects from schematic design through construction administration. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control. Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and local authorities for approvals and permits. Provide technical guidance to junior designers/drafters. Innovation & Compliance: Research materials, construction methods, and sustainable design practices. Ensure all deliverables adhere to Shankh’s quality standards and project goals.
